Our Services
Rewind the Moment rents camcorders and edits guest-filmed footage into highlight films. Camcorders are shipped to U.S. clients with prepaid return labels. A digital highlight film is delivered within six weeks after return.

Booking & Payment
Full payment is required upon booking. Services include equipment rental, raw footage delivery, editing, and return shipping. Payments are nonrefundable.

Cancellations
Client cancellations are nonrefundable. If we cancel due to a service issue, a full refund will be provided.

Shipping & Returns
Clients must use the provided return label and original packaging. Late or damaged returns may result in additional charges.

Equipment Use & Damage
Camcorders may not be altered, repaired, or used unlawfully. Clients are liable for loss, theft, or damage during the rental.

Footage & Editing Disclaimer
Final film quality depends on the footage captured. Artistic discretion is retained by Rewind the Moment.

Copyright & Usage
Clients own their footage. We may share clips for marketing unless clients opt out in writing.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the service fee. We are not responsible for shipping delays or user-captured footage issues.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
